Hours of Operation
The West Lauderdale High School Library Media Center is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The Center may be reserved any time for meetings, however, class usage takes priority over clubs and community meetings. Students will be able to use the Library Media Center in the morning and during lunch. However, with permission from teachers, students can also use the Library Media Center during class. Seniors and athletes, who are dismissed after 4th block, are allowed to use the Library Media Center during 4th block if they notify the LMS ahead of time.
The West Lauderdale High School Library Media Center allows teachers to schedule a class to use the Library Media Center and/or technology any time during the day/week. This policy allows for flexible scheduling for both teachers and students to get the most out of their time in the Library Media Center. Teachers can either contact the Library Media Specialist either through email or in person requesting use.
