LCSD School Board President Receives State Honor!
Congratulations to our very own school board president, Mr. Kelvin Jackson, for being named the School Board Member of the Year Award by the Mississippi School Boards Association. This prestigious recognition celebrates his heart for service, passionate leadership, and tireless commitment to #LCSDExcellence.
Spring Break
All LCSD schools and offices will be closed March 9–13 for Spring Break. Classes will resume on March 16.
Strengthening Leadership, Strengthening Schools
Three of our assistant principals have successfully completed the PREPS Collaborating to Empower Others (CEO) Leadership Academy. This prestigious statewide program is focused on strengthening school leadership.
